If you are looking for an exceptionally light, stable, and sustainable plywood panel for your camper conversion, interior build-out, or other structural applications, the epicPLY raw panel is the perfect choice. With a weight saving of up to 50% compared to conventional plywood, it offers maximum flexibility with minimal weight – ideal for use in motorhomes, vans, tiny houses, trade show construction, or shopfitting.

Light and strong for structural purposes

The epicPLY raw panel was developed specifically for structural applications – for example, substructures, ceiling linings, cabinet elements, or lightweight furniture construction. It is not suitable for decorative purposes, as the surface is technically raw and may exhibit color variations and irregularities.

Sustainably sourced from Indonesia – with responsibility for people and nature

The epicPLY raw panel is made from the lightweight, fast-growing wood of the Albasia Falcata (also known as Sengon). This tree comes from sustainably managed plantations in Indonesia and is one of the most climate-friendly types of timber: it grows extremely fast – up to 7 meters in just 3 years – and stores large amounts of CO₂ in the process.

In cooperation with the non-profit organization Fairventures Worldwide, we support the reforestation of tropical mixed forests on degraded rainforest land. For every tree felled, six new ones are planted – this is how we promote a resource-efficient and socially fair timber industry together.

The epicPLY raw panel is available in various thicknesses – including the popular 5 mm version, which is excellent for interior lining applications, for example, if the panel is to be felted afterward – ideal for projects where every gram counts.

Note: Since this is a technical raw product, the surface may show discoloration, irregularities, or different wood shades. These characteristics do not affect the stability or quality of the panel.

*Important note regarding panel format:

Our epicPLY panels have a standard dimension of 243 x 120 cm. However, to ensure you can use the full, undamaged surface, we ship the panels in a slightly larger format of 244 x 122 cm. During transport, slight damage or indentations may occur on the outer edges, for example, from securing with straps. These minor blemishes do not affect the quality or function of the panel and therefore do not constitute grounds for a complaint. If such minimal damage occurs, you can simply trim the panel to the specified size and use the full, undamaged surface for your project. And if everything arrives perfectly, you have simply received a little extra panel from us as a gift!
