Would you like to pick up your order yourself or purchase it directly through one of our partners? No problem.
You can conveniently pick up all items available in the shop from our distribution center in Söhnstetten (Gröner Transport GmbH, Fabrikstr. 1, 89555 Söhnstetten). Simply select "Store Pickup" at checkout. Generally, your panels will be ready for pickup within 1-2 business days. Once you have received confirmation that your order is ready, you can pick it up in Söhnstetten Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. without prior appointment.
Please note: The warehouse in Söhnstetten is not an epicPLY-owned warehouse, but rather the distribution center of our logistics partner Gröner-Transporte. It is therefore not a traditional retail outlet, but a pickup-only location. Spontaneous viewing of the panels is only possible by prior arrangement.
Additionally, you can find our partners & pickup locations here, where, depending on the location, you can also take advantage of further services such as cutting, CNC machining, or coating. In these cases, the order is placed directly through the respective partner, and pickup is by arrangement.
Unfortunately, self-pickup in Hamburg is currently not possible, as it is strictly an office location without a warehouse.
