epicPLY panels are lighter than conventional plywood because we use lightweight, fast-growing plantation timber. This type of wood allows for a weight reduction of 30-50% compared to conventional plywood, such as oak. Despite the lower weight, our panels are very stable and durable thanks to the higher number of core layers.
epicPLY panels are made from the wood of the Falcata Albasia tree. The wood we use comes from plantations in Indonesia that adhere to sustainable cultivation methods and are regularly inspected for compliance. Falcata Albasia is still relatively unknown in Europe, but it impresses with its rapid growth rate of 4-5 years to maturity and its outstanding properties, making it ideal for our innovative lightweight panels.
Yes, all epicPLY panels are precision calibrated. We adhere to strict manufacturing standards that ensure each panel has a thickness tolerance of ± 0.2 mm. This precision allows for a consistent, high-quality finish for all projects and applications.
Our epicPLY panels are ideal for indoor use because they are bonded with moisture-resistant adhesive. They can also be used outdoors, but should be protected from the elements to ensure a long lifespan.
epicPLY places great importance on sustainability and environmental protection. Our panels are manufactured in a CO2-neutral manner, and we work with local farmers to promote sustainable forestry. Our wood comes from 100% organically grown forests and is FLEGT-licensed. Through our partnership with Fairventures, we are committed to combating rainforest deforestation and plant six new seedlings for every tree we harvest. Within Germany, shipping costs for samples and accessories are €9.99. Shipping costs for panels, cut-to-size pieces, and Precision-Fit floor panels via freight carrier depend on the order value: up to €499, shipping costs €199; between €500 and €999, the cost is €149; and for orders between €1000 and €2499, a shipping fee of €79 applies. Shipping is free for orders over €2500. For deliveries to Austria, parcel shipping costs €15.99. Freight shipping costs also vary depending on the order value: up to €499, shipping costs €249; for orders between €500 and €999, the cost is €199; and between €1000 and €2999, the cost is €119. Shipping is free for orders over €3000. Delivery times vary depending on the product type. Samples and full slabs are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Cut-to-size slabs have a delivery time of 14 to 21 business days, while precision-fit floor tiles require approximately 10 business days. Delays may occur during sales. You can pick up all full records at our warehouse in 89555 Steinheim am Albuch (Söhnstetten). Simply select "Pick up at our shop" at checkout. The goods are usually ready for pickup within 1 to 2 business days. This is a distribution center without a retail area. Pickup in Hamburg is unfortunately not possible at this time.

Should you discover any defects in your epicPLY records, we are truly sorry. Sometimes such issues can occur during shipping. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can easily reach us by email or phone. If you include photos of the defects and your order number, we can quickly resolve the matter and do our best to send you a flawless record as soon as possible.
If your epicPLY records don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 14 days of receipt. Before you do, please let us know so we can send you all the return information. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If the returned products unfortunately have damage that was not reported during a previous complaint, we cannot guarantee a full refund. The amount you receive will depend on the condition of the products.
Of course, an exchange is possible! Just write to us to clarify the details of the exchange and to make sure the desired products are available. The buyer is also responsible for the return shipping costs.
